Mgr. Jiří Císek

Jiří founded the law firm in 2019 with the aim of bringing the world of law and the world of business closer together in the digital technology and e-commerce segments. He focuses mainly on copyright, software contracts, cybersecurity and digital services. Jiří has received several major awards for his work - Czech Innovative Lawyer of the Year (2018), notable practitioner in copyright law by IP STARS International (2023) and in trademarks by World Trademark Review (2024).

Mgr. Klára Bortlíková

Klára has extensive experience in real estate law, real estate transactions, employment law and corporate compliance. She assists clients with data protection and employment issues, including the proper setup of cooperation with different types of freelancers and whistleblower protection. Her specialties enable the firm to provide clients with an effective full service. Because she has a constant desire to educate herself, she helps clients stay abreast of innovations.

JUDr. Jakub Peštál

Jakub is an expert in commercial law and dispute resolution in litigation and other business-to-business proceedings. In his work for clients, he also draws on his experience in financial markets law, crowdfunding and licensing proceedings before the Czech National Bank. He also advises clients on the provision of digital services in the European Union market.

Iva Huňařová, DiS.

Iva is the back office manager. She takes care of the operational needs of the office, including dealing with suppliers, financial controlling or human resources. At the same time, she communicates with clients and makes sure they have what they need.

Mgr. Jan Přívora

Jan has been involved in information technology law since his studies. He assists clients in particular in the area of domain name protection and electronic signatures (generally trust services). Jan has experience in conducting analyses and implementing cybersecurity obligations and digital service provision.

Mgr. Jan Šotola

Jan gained valuable experience in general practice and employment law before joining our firm. At Cisek, Jan focuses on day-to-day legal support for entrepreneurs, from reviewing commercial contracts, to employer documentation, to enforcing trademark rights. Jan uses his expertise and practical skills to provide quality legal services to our clients.

Zuzana Lorenzová

Zuzana is a senior paralegal. She specializes in intellectual property law (especially trademarks and enforcement) and e-commerce law (e-shops, online advertising, consumer law). She has been involved in major projects in the field of trademark enforcement and unfair competition. She also manages the team of paralegals.
